Since High School I've had a passion for taking a blank sidewalk and covering it with color. I find it to be therapeutic and relaxing. There is something about taking a traditional kids art form and transforming it into a realistic piece of art that is only temporary. I didn't think much of it for a time until I became a dad, watching my children scribble all over the driveway reignited my passion for chalk. At times I want the art to stick around a bit longer, but I also know I wouldn't have started them without the thrill of the elements, time and the nature of the the medium.
Most of these are 6-8 feet wide or tall. Some are anamorphic but most are traditional.
